Khammam Forest District

Khammam Forest District operates under the Telangana Forest Department and is responsible for the protection, conservation, and management of forest resources within its jurisdiction.

 

The division undertakes forest protection, biodiversity conservation, habitat restoration, and community-based forest management initiatives in accordance with state policies and environmental regulations.

Khammam Forest District integrates scientific forest management with field-level implementation, community participation, and ecological restoration to ensure long-term sustainability of forest ecosystems.
